  • Time Management: Efficient planning and execution of daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in grease extract/ductwork/kitchen deep cleaning preferred.
  • Knowledge of TR19 (or relevant standards) desirable.
  • Valid CSCS card or equivalent (preferred).
  • PASMA/IPAF certificate (advantageous).
  • DBS check may be required.
  • First Aid and Health & Safety training beneficial.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure the effective and safe cleaning of grease extract systems (including kitchen extraction ductwork, canopies, filters, and fans) in compliance with health and safety regulations. As a supervisor and driver, the role also includes team management, job planning, and safe transportation of equipment and personnel to client sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. CLEANING OPERATIONS

  • Clean kitchen extraction systems (ducts, fans, canopies, and filters) to industry standards (e.g., TR19).
  • Use appropriate equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Conduct pre-clean inspections and post-clean checks.
  • Take before and after photos for reports and client records.

2. SUPERVISORY DUTIES

  • Lead and coordinate a team of cleaners on site.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Delegate tasks and manage time effectively to meet job deadlines.
  • Train new team members on correct cleaning procedures and safety practices.
