JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a B2B Sales Representative at Aline Canada, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to businesses, building trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in both English and French is required to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with 2 years of experience as a must (industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with design software AutoCAD and 2020 Design is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Nous recherchons un Responsable de Ventes B2B pour rejoindre notre équipe chez Aline Canada. Vous serez chargé d’identifier et d’acquérir de nouveaux clients professionnels, de maintenir et de développer les relations avec les clients existants, et d’atteindre les objectifs de vente dans votre territoire désigné. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la promotion et la vente de nos produits aux entreprises, en établissant des relations de confiance et en favorisant des partenariats à long terme.

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est requise pour communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et les clients.
✔ Expérience réussie en vente B2B, avec au moins 2 ans d’expérience obligatoire (une expérience dans le secteur est un atout).
✔ Maîtrise des logiciels de conception AutoCAD et 2020 Design est un atout.
✔ Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et relations interpersonnelles.
✔ Motivé(e) et orienté(e) vers les résultats, avec une véritable passion pour la vente.
✔ Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
✔ Maîtrise des logiciels CRM et de la suite Microsoft Office.
✔ Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
✔ Diplôme universitaire en commerce, marketing ou domaine connexe (préféré mais non obligatoire).

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently demonstrating strong performance and results.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, and relay this information to the management team.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring all leads and opportunities are accurately tracked and managed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from clients and contribute to the development of new products or enhancements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and client feedback.
