POSITION: Ventilation Product Support Specialist   FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-time   LOCATION: Remote   React Health is a fast-paced, growth-driven manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment, dedicated to supporting patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare providers. By integrating manufacturing and distribution, React Health addresses the needs of both undiagnosed individuals and those requiring therapy after diagnosis, particularly within the sleep and respiratory care sectors.   GENERAL SUMMARY This position is responsible for enabling sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing remote training and technical support. You will serve as a vital member of the ventilation team by enhancing the customer experience through remote training and expedient troubleshooting on the complete portfolio of React ventilators and remote monitoring. QUALIFICATIONS * Credentialed Respiratory Therapist * At least 5 years of experience in ventilation with strong trouble-shooting skills; experience in DME and a strong clinical, and technical background in Mechanical Ventilation. * Must have Medical Sales industry experience * Must have HME Sales industry experience * Must have strong, virtual presentation skills and experience with Microsoft Teams * Must have proficient Excel skills * Ability to utilize CRM and analyze and utilize data * Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening * Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization * Able to achieve goals with minimal supervision. Preferred Education * N/A Preferred Experience * Ability to influence and build strong relationships internally and externally * Focus on continuous improvement for the business * Excellent attention to detail and project management skills. * Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Physical Demands * Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.   * Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.  * Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.  * Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business. * Working Conditions * Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions: * Provide virtual product support and troubleshooting for the React Health portfolio of ventilation products and software solutions. * Work with the State stockpiles to ensure their ventilators are up-to-date on PM’s and accessories. * Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong product knowledge, positioning yourself as resource for customers and providing timely follow-up. * Work as a resource to Clinical Sales Specialist, Sales and Customer Advocate Teams to educate DMEs and referral sources on the React Health ventilation products and software solutions. * Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of all React Health ventilation products and Services as well understand of how to position them in the DME, Hospital, and Physician space. * Demonstrate a clear understanding of the clinical applications and benefits of our ventilation products and be proficient at presenting them in a virtual setting. * Be a conduit for Ventilation Market updates and Customer Feedback to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory, Service, and Leadership on trends or challenges. Use internal processes developed to capture feedback. (NetSuite or TEAMs) * Build, Manage and Update customer contacts and interactions. Use internal tools to capture activities and contacts in NetSuite. * Work with React Health IT Team on software improvements, innovation roadmap, and issues with React Health Connect and MultiView Connect. * Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence * Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met * Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor * Provides customer focused interactions * Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures * Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department Reasonable accommodations may be made to accommodate individuals with disabilities to perform the basic functions of the position without compromising client care.
