QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in Web3, AI, venture capital, or as a startup founder.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating investments.
• Preferred: Established relationships with founders, investors, or industry leaders.
• Ability to make a small investment in the fund as a Limited Partner (LP).
• Experience with the practical application of Web3 or AI technologies.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• This role may suit former founders transitioning to venture capital or professionals seeking to deepen their involvement in the Web3 ecosystem.
