We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who’s ready to step into something special. This isn’t just about managing a bar and restaurant; it’s about shaping the culture of a venue that’s known for pushing boundaries. You’ll be part of a wonderful team of food and beverage professionals, including our in-house brewer, while connecting with reps from some of Australia’s most exciting breweries and bringing unique collaborations and events to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily operations of the Brewhouse with energy, professionalism, and vision.
• Work within a venue that combines craft beer, a microbrewery utilising Smart Brew technology, and a buzzing sports bar.
• Build, coach, and inspire a knowledgeable team that lives and breathes hospitality.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences - from busy game days to bespoke private events.
• Oversee budgets, sales growth, and profitability while keeping cost controls sharp.
• Collaborate with Marketing on creative promotions, events, and brewery partnerships.
• Drive staff development through training, performance management, and recognition.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manage stock, and keep the Brewhouse running seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Restaurant or Bar Management experience in a high-volume venue.
• Knowledge of craft beer (or eagerness to learn fast!).
• A dynamic, hands-on leader with strong people and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability and a flair for decision-making.
• RSA & RCG certification, plus the right to work in Australia.
