Ms Frankie Group is looking for Venue Managers, Bar Managers, and Supervisors to join our leadership team. We’re a group of Italian-inspired restaurants and bars built on warm hospitality, sharp service, and vibrant energy.
Whether you’re running the floor, leading an exceptional bar program, or guiding service as a supervisor, you’ll be part of a culture that puts people first, guests and team alike.
The Roles
Venue Manager
Oversee daily operations, lead the FOH team, deliver memorable guest experiences, manage rosters and budgets, and uphold brand standards.
Bar Manager
Lead the bar team, develop, and execute creative drinks programs, maintain stock control, and deliver smooth, engaging service.
Supervisor
Support daily service, guide, and mentor junior staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth FOH operations during shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
• A calm, confident leadership style that builds trust and motivates teams.
• Strong guest-focus with an eye for detail
• Solid understanding of rostering, budgets, and cost control (for management roles)
• Experience with systems like Deputy, POS, and stock management
• Availability for weekends, nights, and peak service times
