About Cabot-Managed Properties Since 2022, Cabot has managed the strategy and operations of four exceptional golf courses across the United States, including Cascata and Serket in Las Vegas, Nevada, Grand Bear in Saucier, Mississippi, and Chariot Run in Laconia, Indiana. Position Overview The Venue Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the successful execution of events at our venue during peak season. This individual serves as the on-site liaison for clients, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring all event logistics are executed smoothly and guests receive an exceptional experience. Coordinate and oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events in food and beverage including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings. Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during events, ensuring all requests and needs are addressed promptly. Work closely with catering, operations, and facilities teams to align logistics and timelines. Assist in managing vendor arrivals, deliveries, and compliance with venue guidelines. Conduct pre- and post-event inspections to ensure venue readiness and cleanliness. Maintain event records, floor plans, and timelines. Monitor event schedules, anticipate issues, and provide solutions in real-time. Support administrative tasks such as updating calendars, confirming bookings, and assisting with client communications as needed. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, event coordination, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or event management software is a plus.
