Yo-Chi is coming to George Street! This isn’t just any opening- it’s our next flagship venue, and we’re on the hunt for a Venue General Manager to lead the charge!
Why this is a big deal: George Street is about to get Chi-ified. This will be one of our largest venues (aside from Barangaroo!), and we’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving, operations-obsessed leader to take the reins.

What you’ll be doing:

Be the face and force of George Street Yo-Chi—lead from the front with positivity and purpose.

Deliver 10/10 customer experiences every day.

Build and coach a team from the ground up.

Own the venue’s performance: from stock to staffing, KPIs to cleanliness—you’re in control.

Drive growth, fun, and flawless operations.
What you bring:
Previous experience as a venue/restaurant/café manager—QSR a plus!

A natural leader who thrives on team wins and happy customers.

Confident managing P&L, labour, COGs, and creating high-performing rosters.

Passionate, hands-on, and always ready to level up.
