VENUE LEADER Full Time | On Site | Weekend and Holiday Availability Required Location: Peabody, Massachusetts Target Start Date: 3/31/26 ABOUT US Immersive Gamebox is redefining what it means to play together. We create social gaming experiences using cutting edge technology, with more than 25,000 five star TripAdvisor reviews. We are growing and looking for strong operational leaders to drive performance at the venue level. THE ROLE We are hiring a passionate, proactive Venue Leader to oversee daily operations at one location. You will lead your team, drive guest experience, support local marketing and sales efforts, and ensure strong financial performance. KEY INFO * Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 * Bonus: Up to 10 percent annual performance incentive * Start: 3/31/26 * Probation: All new hires are subject to a 90 day probationary period. During this time, performance, reliability, and team fit will be assessed to determine continued employment. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead daily venue operations * Recruit, coach, and develop team members * Ensure smooth, safe, five star guest experiences * Cover solo shifts within a lean labor model * Manage payroll, scheduling, and operational budgets * Track KPIs like revenue, guest satisfaction, and labor costs * Support local marketing, sales outreach, and community events * Drive sales onsite and via inbound event inquiries * Work with central team partners in Tech, HR, and Marketing WHAT YOU BRING * Two or more years as a GM or site leader in hospitality, retail, or entertainment * Hands on leadership style and guest first mindset * Experience with scheduling, payroll, managing a P&L, and POS systems * Bonus: food and beverage, group sales, or local marketing background BENEFITS * Medical and dental insurance * 401k * Paid vacation and holidays * Mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program * Early access to games and product testing
