REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plant care and use of gardening tools.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work (lifting, bending, outdoor tasks).
  • Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and inviting.

Responsibilities
  • Venue Maintenance
  • Carry out general upkeep of the floral studio, event gallery & courtyard (cleaning, minor repairs, furniture setup).
  • Ensure fixtures, fittings, and equipment are in good working condition, reporting issues promptly.
  • Assist with setup and takedown of decorations, furniture, and floral installations for events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, tools, and supplies.
  • Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Gardening & Plant Care
  • Water, prune, and repot plants as required, ensuring they remain healthy and presentable.
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including sweeping, weeding, and tidying green spaces.
  • Monitor plant health, flagging pests or diseases to the florist team.
