Job Description As Venue Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations – leading, inspiring, and empowering your team to deliver elevated service from the very first welcome to the final farewell. You’ll bring operational expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality that makes guests feel right at home. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction Lead, train, and inspire the front of house team to deliver exceptional hospitality Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for seamless service flow Manage rostering, budgets, ordering, and stock control Implement and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures Drive revenue growth through events, promotions, and upselling Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety regulations Qualifications What we’re looking for Minimum three years proven experience in managing premium or high-volume hospitality venues A leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments Strong operational, financial, and people management skills A passion for food, beverage and creating memorable experiences Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
