The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Venue Manager at Cicada Blu and Babblers role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to lead and inspire the Cicada Blu and Babblers teams, providing a positive and memorable guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era in hospitality.

  • Ensure the venues are prepared to host events, delivering high-quality service and seamless operations.
  • Clearly demonstrate to customers and team members a commitment to service excellence.
  • Drive innovative promotions, menus, and concepts, creating a destination of choice.
