THE ROLE

As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth, safe and successful running of the park during your shifts. From managing a busy team and handling customer queries, to making sure everything runs on time and to standard — you’re the person in charge on the ground.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the team on shift (floor staff, café, party hosts)
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and handle any issues
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed (daily checks, incident logging)
• Oversee party bookings and make sure events run to plan
• Manage café operations (quality, hygiene, service)
• Keep the venue clean, organised, and well presented
• Maintain clear handovers and shift reports for other managers
