We’re building a new seafood takeaway+eatery concept and we’re looking for the right person to run the show.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fish & chip shop manager or fast-casual operator who wants to lead a new venue with full operational control, a fresh fit-out, and a strong local brand backing.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be in charge of the entire venue — from managing staff and rosters to ordering, quality control, daily service and team culture. If you’ve worked in seafood or takeaway-style venues, you’ll know the flow — and we want someone who can run a tight, happy, well-oiled shop.
You’ll be rewarded with a competitive $80K base salary plus a share of profits, so your success directly benefits you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead daily operations across FOH and kitchen
  • Hire, train, and manage a strong team culture
  • Oversee ordering, stock, food quality, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure smooth fryer/kitchen flow and great customer service
  • Maintain cost controls and hit targets
  • Contribute to the rollout of specials and promotions
  • Build community relationships and local loyalty
