Laundy Hotels are seeking an experienced Venue Manager/ Licensee to lead the team at the Bayview Hotel located in Woy Woy.

Responsibilities
Oversee all operational requirements of the business in conjunction with bar and venue managers, including marketing, security, compliance, maintenance and cash management
Recruitment, induction and training of all department teams, including sequence of service, product education & training and rostering
Overseeing development of service offerings and continuous product improvement
Driving marketing strategy and operations of venue marketing and product promotions
Lead, motivate and inspire your team to fulfil their potential through cultivation of an inclusive workplace cultur
