Lil’ Nashville is a high-energy honky-tonk bar and restaurant in the heart of Chiswick. With live country music several nights a week, authentic Southern BBQ, and a buzzing bar, we’re bringing a slice of Nashville to London, and this is just the beginning.
We’re looking for a hard-working, hands-on Venue Manager to join our passionate team. This is a role for someone who loves late nights, thrives on people energy, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to make sure every shift runs smoothly. The right person will build great relationships with our existing crew, lead from the front, and share our drive to grow Lil’ Nashville into one of London and the UK’s most talked-about brands.

The Role:
As Venue Manager, you’ll be on the floor, in the action, making sure every night runs like clockwork: from packed live music weekends to busy Sunday sessions. You’ll work closely with the owners, support and motivate the team, and ensure guests leave wanting to come back for more.

• Be a visible, hands-on leader across the bar, floor, and kitchen
• Build strong relationships with the existing team, inspiring a supportive, positive culture
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, bookings, events, and compliance
• Manage financials, cost control, and stock management
• Help shape events and promotions, working with the owners on creative ideas
• Deliver excellent guest experiences, dealing confidently with any issues on the spot
• Lead by example on late-night, high-energy weekends – and make sure the team pulls together to deliver the very best nights out in Chiswick

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in a management role within a busy, high-quality bar, pub, or restaurant
• Someone who isn’t afraid of late nights, weekends, and putting in the graft
• A natural people person who builds trust with their team and guests
• Passionate about hospitality, live music, and creating unforgettable nights out
• Organised, reliable, and able to keep calm under pressure
• Flexible and committed to hospitality hours (Weds–Sun, including evenings/late nights)
