We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile (and probably a growler).

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service in line with NBC’s hospitality values.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with regular patrons and community partners.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Proven experience in a similar hospitality management role (brewery, bar, or restaurant preferred).
• Current RSA, Approved Manager’s Licence, and knowledge of WA liquor licensing laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial literacy with experience in budgeting, rostering, and cost control.
• Passion for craft beer and hospitality excellence.
