Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Venue Manager to lead our London centre. You’ll be empowered to deliver a top-quality guest experience, manage and motivate a team, and develop Quiz Room’s presence in London.

• Welcome and host players in a warm, engaging, and professional manner
• Guide groups through the TV game show experience with energy and clarity
• Ensure all guests enjoy a seamless and memorable event
• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to needs and feedback
• Organise and run private and corporate events to the highest standard
• Actively encourage and collect positive guest reviews
