THE ROLE: This role is part of Genius' team that helps sports leagues and teams boost performance on and off the field using cutting-edge tech, analytics, and visual insights. As a Venue Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across our venue management processes.You will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, accurate tracking, and timely execution of tasks within our internal systems. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Administer and maintain Netbox and Monday.com, ensuring accurate system configuration, user management, workflows, and board structures. Monitor upcoming matches and ensure all related operational tasks are prepared, assigned, and executed on schedule. Coordinate, assign, and track tasks, ensuring responsibilities are clearly distributed and deadlines are consistently met. Maintain the contractors’ board, keeping availability, workload, assignments, and task status updated and accurate. Track and manage payments and invoices, including received, outstanding, and missing documentation. Proactively identify opportunities to refine and improve operational workflows, ensuring processes are followed and continuously optimized. IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU: 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify where support is needed and take initiative. Strong team orientation, with a positive approach to building collaborative working relationships. Confident and action-oriented, willing to step in and do what is needed to keep operations running smoothly. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
