OVERVIEW

Kin House, a private-hire hotel, and events space in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced PA or Executive Assistant with a hotel or hospitality background to work closely with our Head of Operations and HODs to oversee and deliver the impeccable running of Kin House. As the Venue Operations Assistant you will be the heart of the venue, ensuring all departments have what they need to execute their roles and ensure the venue runs to the required standard for clients at all times.
This is a unique opportunity for a hyper organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to take on the task of assisting in delivering 5* events in the heart of Wiltshire, and to support a group of experienced event professionals to ensure client delight at every stage.

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Experience in hospitality – ideally working as a PA or EA in a hotel or similar environment
  • Highest level understanding of exceptional customer service and high-end hosting
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
  • Managing and ordering uniform
  • Assist in onboarding new starters
  • Meetings and diary management
  • Assisting Event Managers with admin tasks for clients
  • Office management duties
  • Assisting Estate Management with weekly compliance checks and protocols
  • Managing external facilities contracts
  • Ordering event equipment and managing deliveries
  • Stock inventory and management
  • Note taking in meetings and following up to ensure actions completed
  • Working with the wider group to manage rotas and diaries
  • Assisting with reception duties
  • Oversight of venue security and procedures
  • Assisting in client comms
  • Answering phones and re-directing as required
  • Proactively forward thinking to ensure the venue is ready for all client engagement
