THE ROLE: As a Venue Operations Coordinator , you will be contributing to the expansion of our operational presence across football clubs in Brazil.You will play a key role in managing the process of installing our cutting-edge equipment and systems in various sporting arenas. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join us on this journey and help us build the next way of seeing sports. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Site visits for GeniusIQ upgrades. Manage installation process for GeniusIQ upgrades. Maintain/troubleshoot GeniusIQ systems. Provision equipment and help manage shipments into country (Phones/Switches/etc). Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed (up to 50% of time) Manage portable kit(s) domestically and support portable matches throughout Mexico. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish languages). Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure. Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality. Rudimentary knowledge of networking (fibre/switches/cat6). Valid driving license and experienced with travelling. Willingness to transport equipment with own vehicle if needed. Experience with sending/receiving shipments (knowledge about customs is a plus). Ability to work at heights (small to medium ladders).
