Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Venue Operations Manager based in Whale Beach, NSW. The Venue Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating events, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with clients to deliver exceptional experiences. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to solve problems promptly.
