Join the WORLDS™ Team – On-Site Event Representative
Are you an energetic, tech-savvy professional with outstanding communication and customer service skills? We’re looking for responsible and outgoing individuals to represent WORLDS™ at our immersive, cinematic projection shows. This part-time role requires reliability, strong leadership, and the ability to create a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience (hospitality, retail, or similar roles preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
Responsibilities

PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE WILL BE OFFICIALLY EMPLOYED THROUGH MULTIPLIER, OUR EMPLOYER OF RECORD (EOR), AS PART OF OUR INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION. WHILE MULTIPLIER WILL HANDLE THE LEGAL EMPLOYMENT, PAYROLL, AND COMPLIANCE ASPECTS, YOU WILL BE WORKING DIRECTLY WITH THE POSEIDON TEAM ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS. POSEIDON WILL BE YOUR MAIN POINT OF CONTACT FOR ALL OPERATIONAL MATTERS, TRAINING, SUPPORT, AND PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK.

This role is open ONLY to candidates who already hold valid work authorization to work in the country listed in this job posting without the need for visa sponsorship. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Event Setup & Breakdown: Set up and take down signage, check-in tables, and merchandise displays, charge devices.
  • Guest Experience: Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and ensure a seamless audience experience.
  • Event Oversight: Monitor the event flow and quickly resolve any on-site issues.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain timely communication with the Venue Operations team and venue staff, relay concerns, and provide feedback for improvement.
