Summary of Position Responsible for providing essential support to the sales team by helping manage client relationships, coordinating event details, and assisting in achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed Education and Experience High School diploma/GED or equivalent education Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event coordination is a plus. Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred Duties and Responsibilities Support the sales team in generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate client records in the sales systems. Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and event documentation. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Coordinate internal communication between sales, operations, and event teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of events. Maintain the venue's calendar of bookings and assist in scheduling site visits. Prepare reports, sales presentations, and market research as required. Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media updates, promotional materials, and campaigns. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing invoices. Occasionally attend client meetings or events to support the sales team. Performs other related duties as assigned by the arcade Supervisors, Managers and Directors.
