EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience leading a successful sales team in a venue, hospitality, or events-based environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial KPIs including revenue forecasting, BOB, and yield
  • Hands-on experience with KX or similar venue management systems
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insight into action
  • Confident communicator, with experience managing senior client relationships
  • A natural leader who leads by example and builds team capability
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and process consistency
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a genuine interest in client success
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead and develop our Sales team, drive revenue growth, and support the delivery of our venue sales strategy. This role is both strategic and hands-on balancing leadership with active involvement in client development, forecasting, and sales performance management.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing a sales team, a deep understanding of B2B venue sales, and the ability to engage confidently with data, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with KX is highly desirable.
