As Venues Manager, you will take full carriage of the guest and team experience across Genzo and Soluna, ensuring both venues consistently deliver excellence. You will:

  • Lead and inspire small, diverse teams across both venues, mentoring managers and staff.
  • Craft memorable guest experiences that keep locals and visitors returning.
  • Drive operational and financial performance including rostering, cost control, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and the Reservations & Events team to deliver a la carte, bar, and event experiences.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of Front of House teams.
  • Maintain compliance across all Health, Safety, Environment, and Liquor Licensing requirements.
  • Play an active role in shaping and growing the precinct as a whole, alongside other Etymon venue leaders

About You

  • Proven success as a Venue or Restaurant Manager, or senior FOH leader in a high-volume restaurant/bar environment.
  • A strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, labour costs, and inventory.
  • A passion for hospitality – you bring fun, energy, and professionalism to your team.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across two large venues.
  • An interest in modern dining culture, with an eye for guest trends and local engagement.
  • This role is well-suited to an experienced hospitality professional who values balance – our venues offer all the challenge and responsibility of leading high-quality operations, without the relentless pace of the city’s busiest restaurants.
