Join our team as the Venue Manager at Sport Bar at The Star Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Venue Manager at Sports Bar role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to drive exceptional service, maximise revenue and uphold top-tier compliance standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead where the action never stops.

  • Lead and support the venue in achieving financial and operational targets through effective organisational development, policy and procedural development, and team member training activities.
  • Ensure the venue is prepared to host events, delivering high-quality service and seamless operations.
  • Clearly demonstrate to customers and team members a commitment to service excellence.
  • Drive innovative promotions, menus, and concepts, creating a destination of choice.
