Verification Planning & Strategy Develop, maintain, and update the Verification & Validation (V&V) plan in alignment with program goals and relevant industry standards (e.g., DO-160, DO-178/254, MIL-STD, ARP4754) Identify appropriate verification methods—including analysis, inspection, demonstration, and testing—and assign them to system and component requirements Participate in requirements reviews to ensure they are clear, testable, and traceable throughout the V&V process Test Development & Execution Design detailed test procedures, define test cases, and establish pass/fail criteria Lead or assist in testing at the component, subsystem, and system levels, covering laboratory, bench, environmental, and integration activities Coordinate test setup, instrumentation, and configuration with laboratory and test engineering teams Ensure proper configuration management of all test hardware, software, and documentation Data Analysis & Reporting Examine test results, generate comprehensive test reports, and document anomalies or deviations from expected performance Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues, plan retests, and achieve verification closure Maintain traceability and evidence of compliance in requirements management systems (e.g., DOORS, RV&S, 3DX) Systems & Requirements Integration Maintain full traceability of requirements throughout the verification lifecycle Support technical reviews such as PDR, CDR, TRR, and qualification reviews Assess the impact of requirement changes on V&V activities, schedule, and re-verification needs Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing V&V methodologies, tools, and workflows Additional Responsibilities Occasional domestic and international travel (
