We have offices in Central London, with a member support and technology centre in Sofia, Bulgaria, technology centres in Serbia, Romania, Lithuania and Hyderabad and offices in Gurugram and New Delhi, India ABOUT THE ROLE Communicating with active members (non-call centre environment - chat and email) Reviewing and verifying member data and documentation as part of the company’s CDD and EDD processes Conducting full account reviews on existing members (periodic, holistic, and event-driven) Performing in-depth online research on companies and entities related to them Reviewing and assessing transaction activities Managing multiple types of escalations and handling different off-boarding processes Identifying areas of process improvements Responding to queries from internal teams and working closely with them Assisting with different Ad-Hoc projects WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Excellent spoken and written French language skills (B2+) Excellent spoken and written English language skills You have previous experience in Customer support role (at least 2 years) Basic knowledge of UK/EU banking and AML regulations requirements. Preferably experience in KYC/Compliance and understanding of CDD/EDD principles. You bring bags of initiative and be naturally inquisitive about KYC principles and processes.
