You will be responsible for keeping assembly, measurement, and test equipment in a product development laboratory environment in optimal condition.
Assist project engineers and lab technicians in troubleshooting a broad range of custom developed assembly and test equipment.
Collaborate with product development project teams to improve test methods, recommend, and implement improvements to test equipment, and adapt test equipment to newly developed products.
Create calibration and maintenance procedures and work instruction and perform scheduled calibration and preventive maintenance to automated and semi-automated test equipment (custom developed and off-the-shelf).
Follow all regulations, safety guidelines, and equipment operating/maintenance procedures to meet specific requirements.
Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and tools necessary to support installed equipment.
