QUALIFICATIONS OF THE VERIZON CUSTOMER SUPPORT TRAINEES:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Willing to work in-person in a field-based sales/support environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
