As a Verizon Internet Representative, you’ll be the face of our clients’ brand, engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending customized solutions. You’ll play a key role in growing our client’s customer base while developing valuable skills in sales, communication, marketing, and account management. Our Verizon Internet Representative team combines creativity with strategic insight, ensuring every campaign resonates with our target audience and stands out in the competitive telecommunications market.

Responsibilities

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE VERIZON INTERNET REPRESENTATIVE :

  • Engage with prospective customers through direct (residential) outreach campaigns and tailored sales presentations
  • Qualify leads, pitch telecom products and services, and convert prospects into loyal account holders
  • Deliver a customer-focused experience that builds trust, satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Handle customer concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved quickly by coordinating with the right team members and following up when needed
  • Collaborate with team leaders and senior associates to strategize sales and/or marketing approaches
  • Internet Sales Assistants are expected to stay up to date on industry trends, marketing strategies, promotions, and client expectations by attending weekly team meetings
  • Represent telecom brands with professionalism and integrity while meeting or exceeding daily performance goals

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE VERIZON INTERNET REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1 + years of prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus—but not required
  • Reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales-driven environment with an interest in the telecommunications industry
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced work
