Due to client demands, we are looking to expand, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Sales Management Trainees.
Job Overview: As a Sales Management Trainee, you will embark on an exciting career development journey, gaining hands-on experience in all facets of sales, leadership, and management. Over the course of the training program, you will work closely with senior sales leaders, gain exposure to different sales strategies, and develop the skills necessary to transition into a leadership role within our sales organization. By collaborating with Verizon, you’ll gain experience working with a Fortune 100 company. You will gain experience with our Neighborhood Direct Sales team, where you’ll have the opportunity to interact directly with customers and gain hands-on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for sales and customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
