The role of the Learning and Development Manager will support in both the creation and delivery of learning fitting the needs of the Radius business across multiple sites. Learning will align to the Learning strategy and framework.
The key focus will be very much on developing our people efficiently and effectively through the agreed learning interventions either at Group or local level.
The role would be ideal for current Supervisor or Manager, who aspires to develop into a senior leadership role within People, Learning and Development and Leadership
