The Role
Key Responsibilities: • Program and install home automation systems, including Lutron HomeWorks QS and Control4. • Perform hands-on tasks on construction sites, including DB cabling and system installations. • Configure and troubleshoot residential IT networks to ensure seamless connectivity. • Install and maintain CCTV, intercom systems, and other security solutions. • Design, install, and calibrate home cinema systems for optimal performance. • Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and ensure installations meet high-quality standards.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills: • Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. • Mandatory expertise in programming and installation of Lutron HomeWorks QS and Control4 systems. • Strong understanding of DB cabling and construction site protocols. • Skilled in configuring and maintaining residential IT networks. • Knowledge of CCTV, intercom systems, and home cinema installations. • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of work. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
