Leading provider of comprehensive software solutions for the commercial print, mail, screen printing, sign printing, promotional products and apparel companies, dedicated to enhancing efficiency and profitability for small and medium size businesses.
The Vertical President, Print is a key executive leader responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence of a portfolio of software businesses serving the commercial print, signage, and apparel industries. This role holds full P&L accountability and is charged with driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and organizational scale across the vertical. The Vertical President will lead the team of business unit leaders and partner closely with shared corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, M&A, IT, and Sales/Marketing to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives, seamless integration of acquisitions, and the consistent delivery of exceptional customer value.
Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Set and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the Print Vertical in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead and scale multiple B2B SaaS businesses across different market segments within the print industry.
  • Define and drive strategic growth initiatives (e.g., new market entry, upmarket expansion, product innovation, pricing strategies).

P&L Management

  • Own and deliver on revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the vertical.
  • Ensure optimal capital allocation and cost control to drive profitability.

Go-to-Market & Customer Success

  • Oversee customer success and support functions to achieve ARR growth and high customer satisfaction.
  • Improve customer experience through retention programs, NPS focus, and streamlined onboarding.
  • Guide pricing and packaging strategies to optimize customer value and margin expansion.
  • Work with sales team to meet sales goals.

Operational Execution

  • Ensure operational excellence through scalable systems, processes, and metrics.
  • Champion continuous improvement and automations across the vertical.
  • Support technology decisions, product management discipline, and align resources across BU’s.

Talent Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across the Print Vertical.
  • Foster a values-driven culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Serve as a visible and engaged leader across teams and with customers.

M&A and Integration

  • Partner with M&A team to identify and evaluate acquisition targets within the Print segment.
  • Lead post-merger integration efforts, aligning teams, systems, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with 5+ years in a full P&L executive role (e.g., GM, President, CEO) in a B2B SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
  • Demonstrated success scaling vertical market software businesses.
  • Deep experience managing cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to execute strategic plans and deliver strong financial results.
  • Experience with customer-centric growth strategies and modern SaaS business models (ARR, net revenue retention, CAC/LTV).
  • Strong operational discipline and comfort with data-driven decision making.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Industry experience in print, signage, marketing services, or adjacent industries (desirable but not required).
  • Experience in private equity-backed or M&A-intensive environments.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
