We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our MicroMeasurements division.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years’ experience working in a similar technical inside sales
  • Proficiency with MS office and especially Excel
  • English and German should be at business fluent level
  • Team player with ability to prioritize
  • Excellent attention to detai
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for recurring business of existing customers
  • Prepare sales quotations as a response to both customer requests, website and from External Sales Managers
  • Take ownership of quotations, monitor and chase through to conclusion including required follow up actions
  • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction from quotation to order fulfillment as and when required. Develop high level of customer service and prioritize efforts to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain close relationship with key customers to gain business visibility and forecast
  • Qualify sales and marketing leads in line with the company’s qualification methodology. Map and document leads status and grade, and pass on to the external sales team as necessary
  • Maintain Customer data base QAD plus any other business system as required & CRM after implementation
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively sales promotions, marketing materials, product and commercial information to customers and prospects to grow the business.
  • Take ownership of arising issues, ensuring investigation and timely resolution
  • Contract review purchase orders before passing to customer services for processing and confirmation
  • Support the customer service process as required
