THE JOB: This role will report to: F&B Manager, Restaurant General Manager & Executive Chef As a Restaurant Server, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the morning/evening face of the restaurant. We are looking for a new team member to work AM/PM shifts, primarily in Vessel restaurant. In this position, you serve top-notch food and beverage with class and style adding to the wonderful start of a new day of the guest's dream vacation. Requirements Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred in a high volume fast - paced restaurant and or pool. Food Handlers & RBS Certification is preferred, but not required Positive, upbeat personality works well on a team, desire to learn, and able to multi-task Hours will vary-- flexible schedule is required Attention to detail Minimum of 21 years old with the ability to serve alcoholic beverages 2+ years of experience is preferred When joining our team as a Vessel Restaurant Server, you will be offered: Pay Rate of $17.75 Overtime Rate of $26.63 Meal provided every shift--save an extra $10/day Entry level position into the hospitality industry Career advancement opportunities Tips and incentives are part of the job!
