Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Field Service Leader with 10+ years of industry experience to take charge of our service operations. In this leadership role, you will provide expert-level troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance, while also coaching younger technicians. This role involves working with a wide range of HVAC systems, including VRF systems, split systems, package units, and advanced technologies such as hot gas reheat, desiccant wheels for dehumidification, and hydronic systems. You will also ensure successful system start-ups and long-term system performance across a variety of equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and mini-splits. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and mentor younger technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and procedures. ? Perform system start-ups, overseeing the proper functioning of diverse HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, large-scale systems, mini-splits, VRF systems, package units, and split systems. ? Work with advanced HVAC technologies such as hot gas reheat systems, desiccant wheels for dehumidification, and hydronic systems. ? Handle both remote and onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs. ? Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and necessary repairs to optimize system performance. ? Meet with clients to discuss system performance, maintenance strategies, and ensure their equipment is operating at peak efficiency. ?
