About the role A permanent position with a predictable roster, variety across the week, and strong clinical support. A reliable, consistent roster with a mix of weekday shifts and occasional Saturdays General practice with great scope for dentistry and soft tissue surgery No after-hours work Experienced nurses in clinic, with a Veterinary Director who is present across the roster and available for support when you need it About the clinic and team Nedlands is a small animal GP clinic with long-term clients, plenty of young families, and a real sense of community. This is a place where relationships matter, continuity is valued, and you can build trust over time. Our Veterinary Director is a highly experienced GP vet with strong skills in dentistry and soft tissue surgery. Her style is calm, practical and hands-on, and she enjoys helping other vets feel more confident in theatre and in the dental room. The clinic is purpose-built and set up so you can work cases up properly. Clinic set-up and tools Purpose-built radiology suite with IM3 dental unit, diagnostic ultrasound and CR X-ray system Dedicated surgical theatre with electrocautery and suction Multiparameter monitoring (Anitek and Suntech) In-house bloods: CBC, biochemistry and electrolytes Full dental suite: ultrasonic scaler, polisher, high and low speed drill, elevators and extractors Comfortable hospital wards with oxygen therapy and IV fluid support Two consult rooms (cat-focused and dog-focused), spacious reception and treatment area Life in Nedlands If you like your week to have good rhythm, this location helps.
