Veterinary Engagement Team (VET) Doctor 3 Days Clinical | 2 Days Leadership & Development At Veterinary United, we’re building something different — a culture where doctors are empowered to grow, lead, and practice great medicine while having fun doing it. We are looking for a Veterinary Engagement Team (VET) Doctor to play a key role in shaping the future of our hospitals, teams, and medicine. This role is intentionally designed for impact: 3 days per week in-clinic mentorship and practicing medicine and surgery 2 days focused on leadership, coaching, and doctor development What You’ll Do: * Practice high-quality medicine and surgery alongside our teams * Support hospitals with flow, efficiency, and clinical excellence * Coach, mentor, and develop veterinarians across VU * Help shape medical standards, protocols, and initiatives * Partner with leadership to drive growth, culture, and innovation * Play an active role in recruitment, retention, and team development This is a hands-on leadership role, blending clinical work with meaningful influence across the organization.
