Veterinarian Salary: $110,000-140,000+ per year + pro-sal Location: 222 Lime Kiln Road, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533 Hudson Highlands Veterinary Medical Group is hiring a full-time Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, and pocket pets. What to Expect A schedule that respects your time. You'll be scheduled for 8-10-hour shifts, working four days a week, including a Saturday rotation and 1-2 evenings each week. Each day will include 30-minute appointments, plus a daily break from 12pm to 2pm. Rotating on-call duties and holiday work are required! A 2.5:1 staff to doctor ratio. You will be supported by a highly skilled, collaborative team that values professional respect and allows you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. The medical team includes a boarded surgeon, cardiology specialist, 6 general practice DVMs, and access to regional specialists, supported by a large, experienced LVT and support staff and overnight LVT coverage for hospitalized patients. The hospital is fully equipped for advanced internal medicine case management, including a modern Versana Balance ultrasound (approximately 1 year old), endoscopy, ICU, radiology, spacious treatment areas, and separate patient wards.
