While you’ll certainly interact with animals, most of your day is about people — the pet owners who love them. You’ll be the first friendly face clients see when they walk through our doors, the calm voice on the phone when their pet is unwell, and the person guiding them through both routine visits and tougher conversations. You’ll also support the medical team by holding patients for exams, preparing instruments, taking notes, managing invoices, and keeping records organized. It’s a role that blends client service with behind-the-scenes hospital support, and it requires empathy, focus, and flexibility.
