We are looking for two enthusiastic customer-focused veterinary office assistants/client service members to join our team.
About The Job:
The starting wage is $19 per hour during the 3-month probation period. After the probation period ends, the wage increases to $20 per hour.
Greet customers on the phone and in-person
Provide an exceptional customer experience
Make appointments
General administration
Working with cloud-based veterinary software
Work in a busy setting that requires multi-tasking with diligent attention to detail
Assist with other tasks as required
Interact with amazing animals!

We are seeking a dedicated full-time employee to provide coverage across our clinics, Monday through Saturday. This position offers a balanced schedule, averaging full-time hours within a 4-day workweek.
