If caring pets and helping their parents is your passion, then we are looking for you in the Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist role to be the face and voice of our client and patient focused veterinary care team at Aurora North Pet Clinic. Excellent client service, front office, multi task skills are important along with presentable friendly personality, team spirit, commitment and positive attitude with self motivation to learn and grow. Experience in veterinary assistance is an asset. New graduates are welcomed to apply.

WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES

• Combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Working with animals; risk of bites, scratches & zoonotic diseases
• Restraining, Lifting/Carrying Animals
• Work under stressful situations
• Repetitive tasks
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From $17.50 per hour

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
