OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for both clients and their pets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling and record management.
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A genuine love for animals and a desire to contribute positively to their care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
