EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology or experience in a veterinary setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
• A background in laboratory procedures or related fields would be beneficial.

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
• Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed, including laboratory coordination.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and their pets.
• Provide clients with information on pet health care and clinic services.
