We are currently seeking a motivated and caring Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This dual role is a key part of our clinic operations, providing both front-desk support and hands-on assistance in the treatment area. The successful candidate will be client-focused, organized, and passionate about animal care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
  • Comfortable handling animals of various sizes and temperaments.
  • Team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (experience with veterinary software an asset).
  • Self-motivated individual, who can see tasks that need to be completed and do them without the need for supervision.
