We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in veterinary technology or administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Laboratory experience is highly desirable to assist with basic lab tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications related to scheduling and record keeping.
