Your tasks

Assistance with heart and competence: You will reliably and diligently support our veterinary team during consultations and in surgery. Your focus will always be on providing the best possible care and loving attention to the animals entrusted to us.
Warm and efficient reception: At reception, you greet our customers with a smile and a listening ear. You also impress on the phone with friendly, structured communication and efficient appointment scheduling.
Advice with empathy and clarity: You are a reliable contact person for the owners of our patients. Your calm, empathetic manner and your professional expertise create trust and security – even in challenging situations.

Your profile

Do you have completed vocational training as a veterinary assistant, come from another medical profession, or are you open to a career change?
You are always ready to take on responsibility and help where your skills are needed.
Even in hectic situations with tight deadlines and demanding owners, you keep a cool head and proceed in a structured and conscientious manner.
Are you loyal, reliable, and a team player?
Your friendly and empathetic nature perfectly complements our team.
You have good German skills, both spoken and written.
You are physically fit and have a "firm and courageous" grip to assist in the examination of animal patients.
It is advantageous if you have experience with your own animals.
Deployment according to individual duty roster (within office hours Mon-Fri from 8:00-13:00, Mon, Tue, Thu 16:00-19:00; Fri 15:00-18:00)
